Joshua Turner
Joshua Turner, the compassionate visionary behind Aspire Atlas, your trusted guide in the journey of self-help and personal growth. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Joshua has dedicated his life to the pursuit of knowledge and the understanding of human potential. From a young age, he was fascinated by the incredible resilience and adaptability of the human spirit, which sparked his interest in personal development.
Joshua earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, further amplifying his passion for human behavior and motivational psychology. Later, he pursued his Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, equipping himself with a profound understanding of various therapeutic techniques and approaches.
Driven by a deep sense of empathy and a desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives, Joshua teamed up with Mark and founded Aspire Atlas in 2016. His goal was to create a safe, online haven for individuals seeking guidance and support on their self-improvement journeys. The website’s name reflects his philosophy: just as an atlas guides a traveler in unknown territories, Aspire Atlas exists to guide people through the challenging yet rewarding landscape of self-improvement.
Joshua’s philosophy emphasizes the importance of compassion, both for ourselves and for those around us. He is a firm believer in the power of human connection, and strives to create a community where readers can not only learn from his posts, but from each other. He often shares his personal experiences and struggles to remind readers that they are not alone, and that it’s okay to ask for help.

Mark Gregory
Mark Gregory, co-founder of Aspire Atlas, a native of Seattle, Washington. His life journey is marked by an unwavering commitment to personal growth, self-discovery, and the innate potential that lies within each of us.
Mark has always been enthralled by the intricate workings of the human mind and the various factors influencing our behavior and choices. After completing his Bachelor degree in Psychology, his academic pursuits were soon complemented by a Master’s degree in Behavioral Psychology, where he specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and mindfulness.
Mark is a strong advocate for practicing self-compassion and embracing vulnerability, and his work often reflect his own personal journey and the lessons he’s learned along the way. This personal touch has cultivated a sense of community within Aspire Atlas, encouraging readers to not only engage with the content but to connect with each other and share their experiences and insights.
Mark and Joshua have also co-authored a series of self help books covering a wide range of topics such as mental health, self-discipline, communication skills, productivity skills, and much more.
